The project consisted of demolishing the Frisco Pier and Pier House. The existing pier was damaged beyond repair due to multiple storms over the years. The pier extended into the Atlantic Ocean approximately 600 with a 70ft tee on the end of the pier. All pilings visible and buried beneath the sand where removed including all timber framing, handrails, and decking boards. The pier house was approximately 2500sf and supported by piles. Asbestos abatement was performed prior to the demolition of the house.
