Pedestrian Pathway Project at the National Institutes of Health, Research Triangle Park, NC: DOT Construction served as the General Contractor. Our responsibilities included providing all Project Management, Quality Control Management, Safety Management, Superintendence, Cost Control and Schedule Control Services.
Project description: Design/build project to install 6,000 linear feet of paved pathway around campus. Work involved land clearing, grading, erosion control, concrete headwalls and culverts, paving 6’ wide pathway, seeding, and installing road stripping and signage.
